This year, Hamburg Invest is highlighting innovation parks in Hamburg. "They are the places of talent in future, startups and technology-orientated companies," said Rolf Strittmatter, Managing Director of Hamburg Invest. The Altona Innovation Park, for instance, as part of Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld, offers space for forward-looking industries such as the life sciences. One of the stand's main partners, HafenCity Hamburg GmbH, will showcase all its latest development projects e.g., those in Grasbrook, Billebogen and Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld. "Emphasis is on areas that open up new opportunities for living, working and leisure including the planned sports and events stadium in the Neuer Huckepackbahnhof in Billebogen," said Andreas Kleinau, CEO of HafenCity Hamburg GmbH.
Around 55 Hamburg-based companies will be presented at a joint Hanseatic stand during the Expo Real in Munich (October 6-8, 2025). Premium partners include HafenCity Hamburg GmbH, Hamburg Invest and Fox Real Estate. The exhibitors include Aug.Prien Immobilien, the Hamburg Port Authority and HHLA Immobilien. Two Hamburg-based startups, VisioPlan and Trassets, will also be presenting their portfolios.
