The 12th Hamburg Real Estate Forum in Hamburg is aimed at a broad spectrum of specialists and executives in the real estate industry. Since 1990, this 4-day event with at least 20,000 participants from 80 countries and 19,300 m² of exhibition space has been the leading international real estate trade fair where influential players from all areas of the international real estate industry meet.

Ramp One is a trade event aimed at decision-makers in the logistics real estate sector. The half-day event brings together experts to discuss market developments, make new contacts, and explore prospects for investment in logistics real estate.

Compared to the Proptech Summit event running in parallel, the Construction Summit places greater emphasis on the construction and building industry: digitalization, innovation, and sustainability in construction.

The Proptech Summit is a trade fair and conference for the real estate and construction industry (“PropTech” stands for “Property Technology”). The Proptech Summit focuses primarily on the real estate industry, PropTech topics such as smart buildings, digitalization in operations and sustainable real estate development.

The polis CONVENTION is an annual trade fair for project and urban development that takes place at the Böhler area and is accompanied by a congress. In addition to project ideas and developments, the focus is on a different trade fair theme each year.
