Lessinghöfe

The Lessinghöfe site is in a prime city center location, surrounded by numerous stores, restaurants and cafés, and is in the immediate vicinity of the Hamburg State Opera and Jungfernstieg. The new owner, HMG, intends to “essentially adopt the original plans” and realize them by mid-2028. The concept envisages an eight-storey office and commercial building with 20,700 square meters of rental space for offices, restaurants and stores.

Hamburg-Bahrenfeld

IIn cooperation with the Fischer-Appelt agency, HAMBURG TEAM is planning the construction of a commercial building with an integrated production area close to the city center in Hamburg's Bahrenfeld district. The history of this area is characterized by large-scale industrial settlements, followed by extensive housing construction to accommodate the many employees of the machine factories. From 2023, a new location for communication and commerce as well as innovative forms of work will be created on the approximately 7,500 m² site on Gasstraße - a New Work Campus.

Aqua²Dock

A traditional industrial site with port operations is being transformed into a modern waterfront district. In the middle of Harburg's inland port, in the south of Hamburg: AQUA²DOCK, a new, lively, 13,500 m² district with a hotel, restaurants, offices and a wide range of activities on the water, is being created on the Blohmstrasse 27-29 site at the junction of the Ziegelwiesenkanal and Lotsekanal.
