The #H15 craft quarter in Hamburg-Norht is a forward-looking, cooperatively organized commercial project. Designed by architect Cäsar Pinnau and built between 1961 and 1964 as one of the first high-rise buildings in Hamburg, it is an example of the elegant and functional architecture of its time. The listed complex on Nikolaifleet underwent extensive renovation in 2016 and was supplemented by a new building. It consists of three components: the 16-story high-rise including a 2-story building section (A) and two additional office buildings with 5 stories (component B) and 6 stories (component C). The 633 m² space available for rent is located on the 1st floor.
