Lessinghöfe

The Lessinghöfe site is in a prime city center location, surrounded by numerous stores, restaurants and cafés, and is in the immediate vicinity of the Hamburg State Opera and Jungfernstieg. The new owner, HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG (HMG), intends to “essentially adopt the original plans” and realize them by mid-2028. The concept envisages an eight-storey office and commercial building with 20,700 m² of rental space for offices, restaurants and stores.

IIn cooperation with the Fischer-Appelt agency, HAMBURG TEAM is planning the construction of a commercial building with an integrated production area close to the city center in Hamburg's Bahrenfeld district. From 2023, a new location for communication and commerce as well as innovative forms of work will be created on the approximately 7,500 m² site on Gasstraße - a New Work Campus.
