The Holzhafen was built in several construction phases, with the West office building being the last one in contrast to the East building. The concept includes several building sections grouped around atriums, atriums and passageways and differentiated according to the urban location and functional requirements. The areas to be let are located on levels 3, 5 and 6.

The existing administration building was largely gutted and converted into an extremely prestigious office building by J. Mayer H., an internationally renowned architect. The façade was completely renovated, giving it a contemporary look. The organic design language of the façade is consistently continued in the design of the open spaces and the interior.

The building was constructed in 1993 and extends over six floors with a total vacant area of approx. 3,700 m², spread over the 1st to 4th floors. This space is located on the 3rd floor and extends over 931.71 m². The entire building was completely modernized between 2017 and 2021 and is therefore in a very good and modern condition.
