Doctors from all over Europe will meet in the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH) for the leading European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) congress from June 9-11, 2023. CCH is also the venue of the European International Neuromodulation Society (E-INS) congress, which will bring neuromodulation specialists, scientists and biomedical engineers together from August 31 to September 2. Later, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) will focus on their latest findings when researchers meet from October 3 to 6 in CCH.
Hamburg is gearing up to host both trade fairs and some 40 congresses this year given its increasing popularity as an event venue. Experts in a wide range of industries ranging from medicine, technology, acoustics to tax consulting will exchange ideas in special conferences and symposia.

National medical congresses
CCH will also host national, interdisciplinary medical congresses such as the Sports, Medicine and Health Summit from June 22 to 24 bringing employees in sports, exercise and health together. The German Society for Hematology and Medical Oncology (DGHO) has also chosen CCH as the venue for its annual meeting. Experts from German-speaking countries will meet there from October 13 to 16, 2023.
Technology, digitisation and internet
The international IT and digital industry will also congregate in Hamburg. Researchers from all corners of the globe can look forward to the premiere of the Computer-Human Interaction (CHI 2023) from April 23-28 and present their ideas for interactive digital technologies in CCH. In summer, online security experts can attend the Conference on Detection of Intrusions and Malware & Vulnerability Assessment (DIMVA) from July 12 to 14 in Hotel Hafen Hamburg. From October 21 to 26, the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting will bring together managers of domain names and IP addresses.
From Hamburg to the future
Hamburg is becoming one the main hubs of the hydrogen sector making the city an ideal venue for the National Hydrogen Business Forum on May 24 in Hotel Hafen Hamburg. Founders can also look forward to the Startup-Port Community Day on July 4 in HAW Hamburg’s Forum Finkenau. The event offers plenty of opportunities for exchanging ideas in a relaxed setting. Later, the idea of a post-growth economy will take centre stage during the ISB North symposium on September 9 in the Rudolf Steiner Haus.
Multifaceted agenda
The multifaceted agenda of events in Hamburg also features DAGA, the annual acoustics conference underway from March 6 to 9, followed by the German Tax Consultants Congress from May 8 to 9 in CCH. The congress center has undergone years of refurbishment making it one of Europe's largest, cutting edge event venues with plenty of space and all conceivable amenities.
