"Our 19 stations are an excellent way of experiencing how art can change office spaces and the power of art on visitors and employees alike," said Hubertus von Barby, initiator of Add Art. Participants include the communications agency, Gute Leude Fabrik, which is showing street art, the Grant Thornton Hotel, which is exhibiting up-and-coming art and Barkassen Meyer, which is offering a trip on a so-called "art barge" including a visit to owner Hubert Neubacher's collection. Giraffentoast Design agency will ask how our understanding of art and creativity changes when humans and machines become artistic through artificial intelligence. Works by international artists that have emerged from the fusion of human creativity and machine intelligence will also be on show.
The Ameron Hamburg Hotel Speicherstadt is joining the fun this year and will exhibit works by international artists, inspired by the area's maritime history. The works will depict tales of yearning, wanderlust and arrival. The Buss Group, which specialises in port logistics, wind energy, gas and hydrogen, logistics property, shipping and investments, is also taking part in Add Art with ubiquitous art. Art lovers can also book guided tours. Many companies are offering visits at set times and do not have to be booked in advance.
