Bergedorf Innovation Park: ample space for future projects

With several renowned scientific institutions located around the innovation park, Bergedorf Innovation Park offers ideal conditions for a hub of innovation:

Equipped with a wind and smart grid laboratory, the Competence Center for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency (CC4E) at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW) is testing new concepts for energy storage.

This offering is expanded by the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy and Energy System Technology IWES's globally unique test bench for large wind turbines.

The Fraunhofer Institute for Additive Production Technologies IAPT (formerly Laser Zentrum Nord) helps companies transfer innovative optical technologies from research into industrial practice.
