Start-ups that are pushing technology ahead and have a knowledge-based business model focusing on digital development in the property sector are eligible to apply. The companies should be based in Hamburg and have provided proof of concept or be able to present a prototype.
This year's international Expo Real property and investment trade fair will go ahead as a hybrid event from October 14-15, 2020 in Munich. Extraordinary times require innovation. Thus, conferences and events in the International Congress Center Munich (ICM) will be available in a livestream. Hamburg is hosting a joint stand at ICM and Hamburg Invest is giving three start-ups specialising in property technology an opportunity to present their company there. The deadline for applications is 6 pm on August 16, 2020.

The Hanseatic City's joint stand will be in the foyer of the ICM. The participating start-ups will be selected based on content and maturity of their business model and scalability. They will be notified by email on August 18.
