For further settlements, the Bergedorf 99 development plan provides for approximately 6 hectares of commercial space in the Bergedorf Innovation Park, with the development plan characterised by a high degree of flexibility in terms of building typology and size. These are particularly suitable for innovative companies focusing on wind energy, 3D laser technology, renewable energies and energy storage, as well as optical technologies.

The Bergedorf Innovation Park is part of the ‘Urban Bergedorf Southeast’ master plan, which aims to develop the approximately 150-hectare planning area into a lively, well-connected and mixed-use urban quarter.
