Three Hamburg-based property technology firms will present their ideas for digital transformation at the Expo Real underway from October 4-6, 2022 in Munich backed by Hamburg Invest's Startup Unit. The meet is among the most important international property and investment fairs in Europe.

Prop techs driving digitalisation

The Diconnex, Modoplus, and Viertel Check start-ups are all heading to Munich to present their novel business ideas at Hamburg's joint stand hosted by Hamburg Invest. Diconnex creates digital copies or digital twins of buildings to visualize and analyse them easily. Modoplus uses AI to examine the construction potential of properties while Viertel Check verifies the quality of sites based on various environmental factors. Last year, more than 50 companies from the Hamburg Metropolitan Region attended the meet at the Munich Trade Fair Center. Christoph Kober, Head of Key Account Management at Hamburg Invest, noted: "The appearance at this key international trade fair near Hamburg's stand offers prop techs from the Hamburg Metropolitan Region an outstanding opportunity to present their innovations to the professional community, to make new contacts and to learn about the developments and potential of digitalization in the property sector."
