Emirates publishes list of most popular long-haul destinations from four German airports

Sunny, long-haul destinations such as Asia, Oceania and Indian Ocean islands are popular in winter when Europe is dark and dreary. Emirates has compiled a list of the most popular long-haul destinations from Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg airports from November 2024 to April 2025.

Top 10 long-haul destinations from Hamburg Airport

1. Thailand
2. Dubai, United Arab Emirates
3. Maldives
4. New Zealand
5. Australia
6. Mauritius
7. Sri Lanka
8. South Africa
9. India
10. Vietnam

Hamburg Airport launched its 2024/2025 winter flight schedule in late October which is effective until March 29, 2025. Around 55 airlines are now flying direct to 95 destinations from Hamburg Airport.
