What makes a city smart and what role does data play therein? Interview with Hannah Ziemer, CEO and co-founder of Comaps
Hamburg is one of Germany's three smartest cities, according to the Bitkom e. V. digital association. "Data is at the heart of a smart city," said Hannah Ziemer, co-founder of Comaps, a spin-off from HafenCity University. As CEO, she and her startup team are developing software for data-driven and digital urban planning. In our latest Future Hamburg Talk, Ziemer outlines the difference between urban planning and urban development, and the role of data therein. And she also explains the "co" in "comaps".
