"The Elbkulturfonds has developed into a good instrument for implementing a wide variety of projects in the independent scene. We are particularly pleased that many cross-disciplinary projects have led to increased networking between artists in Hamburg and abroad and across borders," said Dr. Carsten Brosda, Senator for Culture and Media. "This has resulted in attractive international alliances. Many different, emerging events are shaping the future, defying crises, challenging existing conditions and sharing bold visions," he added.
