Air Baltic flying direct from Hamburg to Tallinn

New direct route to Estonian capital from spring 2026

Air Baltic will fly direct from to Tallin from Hamburg Airport beginning on March 29, 2026.  The airline will operate the flight onThursdays and Sundays in summer and on Wednesdays and Sundays in winter. This Latvian airline now flies direct to all three Baltic capitals Talllinn, Vilnius (Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia) from Hamburg.

Attractive destination for business travellers

"This sends a strong signal for Hamburg as a tourist and business hub," said Dirk Behrens, Head of Aviation at Hamburg Airport. "The new connection makes it easier for vacationers and business travellers to come together," said Mantas Vrubliauskas, Air Baltic's Vice President of Network Management. Estonia's thriving startup scene is popular among business travellers. The country is renowned for its IT expertise and its widespread digital offers. The Estonian local government, for instance, is over 99 per cent digitalised.
