During the four-hour Starter Workshop Innovation Culture, emphasis is on identifying challenges faced by entrepreneurs and developing individual solutions. This should form the basis of innovation processes tailored to corporate goals. Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft is an urban initiative and the main point of contact for budding entrepreneurs, employees and solo self-employed people across the creative sectors.
Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft’s Cross Innovation Hub is offering training sessions on innovation culture beginning with a Starter Workshop on May 16, 2024. That will be followed by another session on Pop-up Offices from June 25 to 28, 2024. Both workshops are open to companies outside the creative sectors. Nearly 40 per cent of German companies have not actively advanced innovation, according to a 2023 Bertelsmann study. Hopes are now high that the training sessions will accelerate innovation culture.
Innovation processes tailored to corporate needs
Pop-up office meets innovation culture
The Pop-up Office event, underway from June 25-28, brings decision-makers from various companies together with Hamburg's top creative minds. The teams will go through so-called moderated "culture sprints". Relevant construction sites in corporate culture will be defined and concrete individual solutions developed. The aim is to apply new practices and impulses from the Pop-up Office in a professional context. This workshop targets companies and organisations in the public sector and focuses on New Work, innovation culture and leadership projects.
