Work in the QLab is done collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and users should be eager to learn new things. Sufficient resources for developing and evaluating ideas and the subsequent prioritization, development and value-creating scaling of user-oriented business models are crucial to innovation, according to those behind the think tank. Boris Gloger, the initiator, believes sustainable transport solutions can create a liveable future for everyone. Gloger, a keen cyclist and train traveller, hit on the idea for the QLab during long talks with with Andrea Kuhfuß, a consultant at Kurswechsel Unternehmensberatung GmbH, who ran a think tank for the Bremen Economic Development Agency for many years.
