"The leap into independent digital publishing offers journalists a great opportunity. We want to encourage this by offering tailor-made support for concrete entrepreneurial measures," said Dr Carsten, Brosda, Senator for Culture and Media. "We at nextMedia are giving media producers guidance on how good content, innovative business models and modern work structures can be assembled into a new media offer or added to existing corporate structures," said Nina Klaß, Head of nextMedia.Hamburg.
The nextMedia.Hamburg initiative and "Neue Narrative" publishing have launched the new www.neuemedien.org platform for founders and media professionals. The platform offers free tools for developing, planning and project management and lends support amid a changing industry and drives novel ideas for the digital market.
