The highlights include the presentation of the Gastro Vision sponsorship awards on September 15. This year's "Förderpreis Analog 2020" goes to the Berlin-based start-up, Spoontainable, for its plastic-free spoon called "Spoonie", which is made from cocoa shell and can be consumed after use. The "Förderpreis Digital 2020" prize goes the Hessian company, Support by Improvement (SBI), for its cashless payment system that automatically recognizes food and beverages thanks to artificial intelligence. The roadshow will stop over in Frankfurt am Main (September 22-23), Berlin (September 29), Cologne (October 4) and Munich (October 25-26) later this year.
The Gastro Vision Roadshow will stop over at Hamburg’s Empire Riverside Hotel in St. Pauli on September 15, 2021 as part of its tour of Germany. The hotel, gastronomy and catering industry is staging small, exclusive events to present its latest products. Around 30 exhibitors will be holding talks with industrial representatives after a lengthy break caused by the pandemic.

Next Gastro Vision in March - parallel to Internorga
The annual Gastro Vision sponsorship award promotes innovation and the winners are selected by a jury. Every year in autumn, select exhibitors present their products on a roadshow across Germany. The Kitchen Club by Gastro Vision is designed to boost talks between chefs in Hamburg. The next Gastro Vision gets underway from March 18-21, 2022 - parallel to Internorga, Hamburg's leading trade fair for the out-of-home market.
