Die hier angebotene Bürofläche befindet sich im Pinkertweg in Billbrook.
Die Fläche wird derzeit renoviert und ist effektiv in mehrere Büros aufgeteilt. Eine Anpassung des Grundrisses ist in Absprache mit dem Vermieter realisierbar. Alle Leuchtkörper werden in diesem Zusammenhang auf LED modernisiert. Eine EDV-Verkabelung ist ebenfalls bereits verbaut.
Das Gebäude ist durch die Anbindung an die BAB 1 sehr gut zu erreichen.
Ausreichend Stellplätze können auf dem Areal angemietet werden.
