“The latest Fintech Monitor reflects the positive development in Hamburg as a financial centre overall and encourages us to continue implementing the Financial Master Plan 2021-2025 with Finanzplatz Hamburg e.V. and the Chamber of Commerce," said Dr Andreas Dressel, Senator for Finance. The InnoFinTech scheme targets companies that develop app-based business models for financial transactions, platforms for financial trading or asset management (fintech) and is boosting the fintech scene significantly. Fintech-related digital business models such as insurtechs, proptechs or legaltechs are also increasingly the focus of the scheme until  late 2025. So far, 20 companies listed in the Fintech Monitor have benefited from the scheme.
