Apply now for Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft's advanced training programme

The Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft is accepting applications from July 19 to August 31, 2021 for the advanced education programme "Creative Future Academy”. Around 30 creatives will be admitted to the first of three rounds which runs from October 2021 through April 2022. The pandemic has shown that actors in the creative industries need to identify and close digitalisation gaps to position themselves successfully and crisis-proof in the long term. Funded by the City of Hamburg and the European Social Fund, the Creative Future Academy aims to offset the repercussions of the corona-virus induced crisis and is free of charge for participants. Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft will answer queries about the programme at an event on Monday, July 19, 2021, for which registrations are now being accepted.

Mentoring, workshops and networking

"It is important to radically rethink one's own business models, markets and value chains from the ground up. The Creative Future Academy helps with this and can become a means of economic survival," said Egbert Rühl, Managing Director of Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft. During the six-month qualification, employees, solo self-employed and freelancers in the creative industries will receive personal support from experienced mentors. The Creative Future Academy also offers access to workshops, lectures, digital information and a growing network of professionals. Emphasis is on topics related to the digitalisation of business models, corporate strategies and processes. Participants will receive input about offering services digitally, developing an online shop or integrating a digital ticketing system.
