Registrations are now being accepted for a "Careers Open Evening", hosted by Hamburg Invest in the Museum of Work in Barmbek on February 26, 2025. The focus is on the changing world of work, which presents companies with the challenge of attracting talented young professionals while upskilling existing employees at the same time.

Skills shortage and upskilling

Their keynote, entitled "Tackling the Skills Shortage: Upskilling Your Employees”, will also look at how companies can present themselves as attractive employers and strategies for tackling the skills shortage. Delegates will be able to share ideas and network with other professionals, job seekers and managers from 7 pm. The event is free of charge. Companies can register by emailing lukas.soltysiak@hamburg-invest.com or heike.blume@hamburg-invest.com.
