Hamburg’s biggest project developments

Hamburg-Winterhude (City Nord)

Arne Jacobsen House

The unmistakable aesthetics of the Arne Jacobsen House lies in its reduced design language and functionality. By 2026, modern, flexibly divisible working units, communal areas and new views over Hamburg are to be created on an area of around 50,000 m².

Hamburg Innovation Port

The Hamburg Innovation Port is a modular building constructed in several phases. The HIP Two section of the Hamburg Innovation Port, which covers an area of 20,000 m², has picked up speed – all areas in the first segment are scheduled to be ready for occupancy by late 2022.

hamburg Hafencity

Überseequartier will be the most metropolitan quarter in the HafenCity district. Over 6,000 jobs will be created here. Providing 23% retail space, there will also be space for restaurants, entertainment, offices, hotels and residential units.

Alster-Gate is a prestigious, centrally located business location and a beacon of modern work culture. Situated close to Hamburg's city centre and the Outer Alster lake, the site will be a new urban landmark with excellent connectivity to Hamburg's public transport network.

Art-Invest Real Estate has kicked off the next construction phase on the Hammerbrooklyn DigitalCampus.
The 50,000 m² site between Deichtorhallen and Hamburg's wholesale market is to be developed into a location for digital transformation by 2028.

Since 2023, a new location for communication and business, as well as for innovative forms of work, is being developed on the New Work Campus, a site comprising approx. 7,500 m² .

500 metres to the Elbbrücken bridges and the HafenCity district, and 2.5 kilometres to Hamburg's town hall – Neuer Huckepackbahnhof is ideally located at the heart of a modern urban landscape that is still taking shape.

Tempowerk Hamburg

With the development of the large-scale project hit-Zukunftscampus, a place for future technology is to be created by 2027. The first construction phase is expected to be completed in 2027, with the entire campus - around 25,000 m² in size - scheduled for completion in 2035.

Hamburg-St. Georg

Real estate developer Procom is planning to develop a multi-purpose quarter at the Nikolaifleet canal, featuring high-end office space, approx. 150 apartments, alongside eateries and retail space.

Alter Wall 40

The success story of Alter Wall continues further: the new design concept developed by Winking Froh Architekten for the road section towards Rödingsmarkt impresses with its lively, attractive mix of office, hotel, retail and residential space.

Altona Station

The Hamburg-Altona ICE train station will be a visionary landmark – for the district of Altona as well as for Hamburg as a whole. In the urban development of Altona Nord, this large-scale project already plays an integral role.

This new development project will be the first multi-purpose building complex featuring residential units, offices, shops and a childcare facility in the "green office district" adjacent to Stadtpark Hamburg.
